During this exciting Enrichment Friday, students will step into the role of scientist and chef as they investigate the fascinating world of kitchen chemistry. In the morning, students will transform cream into homemade butter and discover how movement can change a food's texture and form. Later, they'll become pizza chefs, creating their own personal pizzas while exploring what happens when dough, cheese, and heat work together to create a favorite meal.
