Upcoming Enrichment Fridays

Open to ALL homeschool families, Enrichment Fridays offer students a full day of creative, hands-on, and collaborative learning beyond the core curriculum. Activities may include art projects, STEM challenges, group projects, or other experiential learning opportunities. These sessions provide a chance for students to explore new interests, build skills, and engage in meaningful learning in a fun, supportive environment.

Terms and Conditions

Please read the following information carefully before registering your child for a Flourish Academy Enrichment Friday.

Eligibility

  • Enrichment Fridays are open to homeschool students ages 5-11.

  • Registration is required for each individual Enrichment Friday.

Registration & Payment

  • Registration is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Each Enrichment Friday is limited to 30 students.

  • Full payment is due at the time of registration and is processed securely through our website.

  • A child's spot is not reserved until registration and payment have been successfully completed.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled Enrichment Friday are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable due to staffing, planning, and material purchases.

  • If Flourish Academy cancels an Enrichment Friday, families will receive the option of a full refund or credit toward a future Enrichment Friday.

Arrival & Dismissal

  • Drop-off is between 8:30 a.m. and 9:00 a.m.

  • Pick-up is between 2:00 p.m. and 2:15 p.m.

  • A Flourish Academy staff member will greet your child at the front entrance, sign them in, and direct them to the appropriate group.

  • For the safety of all students, children must be signed out by an authorized adult before leaving each afternoon. Please notify Flourish Academy in advance if someone other than a parent or guardian will be picking up your child.

Food & Drinks

  • Students should bring:

    • A packed lunch

    • One morning snack

    • A water bottle or drink

  • If food or drinks are provided as part of a specific Enrichment Friday, it will be clearly stated in the event description.

  • Please notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions during registration.

Health & Medical Information

  • Parents must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, medications, or other health concerns during registration.

  • Students who are ill, have a fever, have vomited, have diarrhea, or have a contagious illness within the previous 24 hours should remain home.

  • If your child requires emergency medication (such as an inhaler or EpiPen), it must be provided to Flourish Academy with clear instructions.

Behavior Expectations

Students are expected to:

  • Treat staff, volunteers, and fellow students with kindness and respect.

  • Follow instructions and safety guidelines.

  • Participate appropriately in activities.

  • Care for the facility and materials.

If a student's behavior becomes unsafe or significantly disrupts the program, a parent or guardian may be contacted and asked to pick up their child early. Continued behavioral concerns may result in denial of future registrations.

Photography

Photographs and videos may be taken during Enrichment Fridays for use on Flourish Academy's website, social media, and promotional materials unless a parent or guardian indicates otherwise during registration.

Liability & Emergency Care

By registering your child, you acknowledge that participation includes activities such as outdoor games, STEM challenges, science experiments, cooking projects, crafts, and other hands-on experiences that carry normal risks associated with children's activities.

In the event of an emergency, Flourish Academy will make every reasonable effort to contact the parent or emergency contact listed on the registration form. If immediate medical treatment is necessary and a parent or guardian cannot be reached, you authorize Flourish Academy to obtain emergency medical care for your child.
